Replacements (Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Items)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product, we will gladly replace it.

In such cases, we cover the shipping costs for the replacement process.

To request a replacement, please contact our support team promptly after delivery and provide clear video or image proof of the issue. Once verified, our team will guide you through the next steps.
No Preference-Based Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for personal preference or change of mind.
No Refund Policy
We currently do not offer refunds. Items can only be replaced according to the terms outlined in this policy.
Replacement Process

Contact us using the same email address where your tracking details were sent.

Our support team will review your request and provide the return shipping address.

Ship the item back to our warehouse.

Once received and inspected, we will notify you via email and process your replacement if eligible.
Price Difference Policy

If you replace a $40 item with a $60 item, you will need to pay the $20 difference.

If you replace a $40 item with a $30 item, the remaining $10 will not be refunded or credited.

Requests without valid proof for damaged or faulty items may not be approved.
